With the growing availability of broadband WiFi access to the Internet at marinas and harbors, many cruisers are looking to WiFi as a means (or a back-up means) for checking email, surfing the web, connecting to an office, or getting the most up-to-date weather information.  They are finding that the built-in WiFi in their laptops just don’t have the range or speed that they need.  Our complete high power WiFi package is the solution.  It combines a 200 mW USB WiFi adapter with an external antenna connector, a 1 Watt 802.11 b/g amplifier to boost the signal, and a 2.4 GHz 8.5 dBi high performance omnidirectional WiFi marine grade antenna.  We include 20 feet of antenna cable and all the connectors that you need for a high performance system that allows maximum range and speed.

The components of the package:

• EnGenius EUB-362 EXT 200 mW Internet WiFi Adapter connects to the computer through a standard USB2.0 port.
   

• HyperAmp WiFi 1 Watt Amplifier 802.11 b/g  features a rugged cast aluminum housing with integral mounting tabs, 12VDC power input, designed to operate safely in temperatures from -40 to 122 degrees F.
   

• HyperGain WiFi 2.4 GHz 8.5 dBi Omnidirectional Wireless LAN Marine Antenna is constructed for all weather operation, featuring a 1” threaded base for use with standard marine antenna mounts.
   

• 20 Ft.  cable from 1 Watt Amplifier to WiFi Antenna
   

• 2 Ft. connector from 1 Watt Amplifier to EnGenius WiFi adapter.
